Vino rosato

 Growing location

At an elevation of 400 m above sea level.

After fermenting for
 12 hours, the wine is separated from the skins before being stored in steel until it is bottled the following March.

Tasting profile
Full-bodied, fruity and spicy rosé which can be cellared for many years.

Food pairings
Perfect as an aperitif, good with lighter dishes and goes very well too with fish and white meats.
