Origin
from our vineyards facing south-west, at an altitude of 450 m above sea level, located on white, calcareous-clayey soils

Vinification
At the end of October the two berries are harvested together so that they ferment together. A particular blend that makes it a long-lived and full-bodied wine. Refines for 18 months in large Slavonian oak barrels. Bottled, it rests for 6 months before being marketed.

Characteristics
fresh, fragrant, fragrant and fruity wine. The classic table wine of memory proposed in bottles in honor of our ancestors.
